Once they’ve deep cleaned the unit, they will be able to manage the overall cleanliness of your vacation property efficiently. Some people would like to not pay the deep cleaning fee, but you cannot possibly expect a company to clean every nook and cranny of your vacation property every time they come to your unit… especially if you want it to be affordable. They can and should be able to stay on top of most everything but a good deep cleaning will make sure your vacation property is looking perfect all year long. Take the high priced excellent cleaner over the cheap cleaner, your occupancy rate will reflect your clients’ satisfaction as they return each year!

We clean, wash, stock supplies and everything in between.



  • Clean, scrub & sanitize shower(s), bath tub(s), vanity, sink(s) & back splash(es)
  • Clean mirrors
  • Clean and sanitize toilet(s)
  • Wipe and vacuum drawers
  • Polish chrome fixtures
  • Wash floors and tile walls
  • Empty & clean wastebaskets
  • Replenish supplies – ie: hand soap, toilet paper etc
  • Replenish clean linens


  • Clean, scrub and sanitize sink(s), back splash(es), counter tops, cabinets & cabinet fronts and table & chairs
  • Clean all appliances (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave & dishwasher)
  • Move appliances and clean behind/under
  • Clean appliance exteriors including inside of toaster and coffee maker etc
  • Clean cabinet under sink
  • Wash out garbage cans
  • Unload & wipe dishwasher
  • Organize cupboards
  • Vacuum & mop all floors
  • Dust and wipe all surfaces
  • Wipe door handles, light switches, door frames & baseboards
  • Wipe mirrors and glass fixtures & dust lights
  • Take out trash and recyclables
  • Wipe window sills & windows
  • Replenish supplies – ie: dishwasher detergent, dish soap, paper towels etc
  • Vacuum and wipe inside of cabinets & cutlery drawers


  • Make beds and change linens
  • Dust and wipe all surfaces
  • Wipe door handles, light switches, door frames & baseboards
  • Wipe mirrors and glass fixtures & dust lights
  • Mop all floors
  • Take out trash and recyclables


Living Room

  • Clean, dust & vacuum
  • Dust window sills/ledges & door frames
  • Dust furniture, blinds, picture frames, knick knacks, ceiling fans & lamps
  • Vacuum carpets
  • Mop floors
  • Vacuum furniture including under seat cushions
  • Check sofa bed(s) for dirty linens and ensure clean linens are left
  • Wash windows on sliding glass doors and where required
  • Empty and clean wastebaskets



  • Ensure A/C is clean and working
  • Ensure washer & dryer are empty and clean out lint trap
  • Check light bulbs and replace where needed
  • Ensure smoke detector is working and replace battery if needed
  • Change furnace filter every 3 months
  • Wipe off patio furniture
  • Clean BBQ
  • Check entire home for cob webs & dead/live bugs
  • Clean out pool of leaves/debris
  • Clean window screens when needed
  • Spot clean walls, light fixtures and door knobs
  • Wash baseboards
  • Check garage door opener and replace battery if needed
  • Clean door mats, sweep outside if needed
  • Sweep out and organize garage
  • Empty central vacuum when required
  • Rotate and flip mattress(es)
  • Clean stains on carpets
  • Inspect fire extinguisher(s)
  • Water flowers
  • Snow Removal of driveways & walkways

  • Notify homeowner immediately if any damages, missing items or if home was left excessively dirty
  • Emergency (out of town) visits – please inquire with Sonia
  • Home inspections (for insurance) – please inquire with Sonia
