  • Check light bulbs and replace where needed
  • Ensure smoke detector is working and replace battery if needed
  • Change furnace filter every 3 months
  • Wipe off patio furniture
  • Clean BBQ
  • Check entire home for cob webs & dead/live bugs
  • Clean out pool of leaves/debris
  • Clean window screens when needed
  • Spot clean walls, light fixtures and door knobs
  • Wash baseboards
  • Check garage door opener and replace battery if needed
  • Clean door mats, sweep outside if needed
  • Sweep out and organize garage
  • Empty central vacuum when required
  • Rotate and flip mattress(es)
  • Clean stains on carpets

  • Snow Removal of driveways & walkways
